• Eligibility: Attendees must be at least 18 years of age. R3CON reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual.

• Transferability: Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to a colleague within the same organisation up to 72 hours before the event start date.

• Badges: Official event badges must be worn at all times. Sharing or swapping badges is strictly prohibited and may result in expulsion without refund.

• Program Alterations: R3CON Tech Summit 2026 reserves the right to make changes to the speakers, schedule, or venue without prior notice.

• Force Majeure: R3CON is not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, strikes, or government-mandated lockdowns.

All participants are expected to behave professionally. Harassment, disruptive behaviour, or unauthorized solicitation (suit casing) will result in immediate removal from the event.

By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded. R3CON Tech Summit 2026 and its partners may use this media for promotional purposes globally, in perpetuity.
